Article 8: Delivery terms
The products are delivered to the delivery address that was indicated at the time of the order and within the specified time frame. These delays do not take into account the time it takes to prepare the order. When the Customer orders several products at the same time these may have different delivery times routed according to the following delivery terms via one or more parcels.
